Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Can ride a motorcycle or other means of transportation.
• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Combined with regional goals and plans, formulate and breakdown personal annual work goals, formulate and implement personal daily sales work plans.
• Develop new customers, maintain old customers, tap the potential of customers, develop business opportunities/projects/customers and timely and effective follow-up to finally promote the transaction.
• Carry out diversified sales work to increase the proportion of diversification.
• Provide customers with timely, professional and efficient service, improve customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate in all kinds of training or independent learning of the company and regional organizations, and strive to improve personal business ability, professionalism and professional quality.
• Pay attention to risk avoidance, sign reasonable sales contracts, arrange orders and production, delivery, timely cleanup and revitalizes sluggish orders; And sales accounts management, verification of customer credit, to ensure 100% return rate;
• Summarize the market and customer needs; Analyze your competitors. According to the market and competitive environment, give market developments suggestions (proposals). Find resources and help to translate customer needs into productivity;
• Conscientiously implement the requirements of the company\'s systems and management tools;
• Complete the work assigned by supervisors and timely feedback and communication.
