Role Summary

The Sales Engineer (SE) is the primary technical resource for the sales team. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, responsible for identifying customer pain points and designing tailored solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical mastery, sales intuition, and the ability to build deep trust with both developers and executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery: Collaborate with Account Executives to assess prospective clients' technical needs and business requirements.
• Solution Architecting: Design and document end-to-end technical solutions that integrate seamlessly into the customer's existing environment.
• Expert Demonstrations: Deliver high-level technical presentations and live product demonstrations tailored to various audience levels (from IT staff to C-suite).
• Pilot Management (PoC): Lead the strategy and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate the product’s value proposition.
• RFP & Security Leadership: Own the technical response for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and navigate complex security and compliance reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide documented field feedback to Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and address feature gaps.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitor technical capabilities, and emerging technologies.
