Job summary

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in the Philippines. The Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote non-destructive testing equipment and solutions to industrial clients. Responsibilities include conducting client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations, as well as preparing proposals, quotations, and tender responses. The role involves collaborating with internal technical teams to understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and support application and after-sales questions. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports, participate in industry events or trainings, and stay current on NDT technologies, standards, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude, with a degree/diploma in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
• Experience in technical sales, field sales, or application engineering (industrial equipment/testing solutions preferred)
• Ability to explain NDT concepts and equipment functions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven skills in customer relationship management, account handling, and commercial negotiations
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; capable of preparing clear proposals, reports, and presentations
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines and conduct on-site client visits/field work
• Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative team player
• Proficiency in office and CRM software; openness to learning product-specific tools
• Prior exposure to NDT, inspection services, or related industrial sectors is an advantage
