Powermeds Trading in the Philippines is seeking an Order Processor who will encode customer orders into the company system, and prepare and process Sales Orders based on approved customer orders to support timely delivery.
You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounting and Delivery teams, verify every order detail (generic name, brand, dosage, quantity, price, lot and expiry), and maintain neat records while adhering to GDP guidelines and protecting confidential information.
This role involves encoding customer orders accurately into the company system, preparing and processing Sales Orders based on approved customer orders, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth order management from encoding through delivery.
Encode customer orders accurately into the company system
Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) based on approved customer orders
Check customer information, product names, strength/mg, quantity, price, and other order details before encoding
Verify that all required information in the order is complete and correct
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, and Delivery teams regarding customer orders
Monitor the status of orders from encoding until preparation and delivery
Ensure that special instructions, discounts, and delivery arrangements are properly indicated in the Sales Order
Assist in preparing and printing Sales Orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and other related documents
Update customer and order records in the system
File and maintain sales documents and records properly
Ability to ensure that all orders are encoded accurately and on time
Ability to double-check product details, especially generic name, brand name, dosage/strength, quantity, lot number, and expiry date
Accountability for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete encoding
Ability to maintain organized and accurate records to support smooth sales and warehouse operations
Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) applicable to pharmaceutical products
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
