Job summary

Optum Philippines seeks an experienced professional to coordinate intake for PBM and pharmacy sales enablement. You will manage queues, coordinate with content creators, and maintain digital libraries to enable self-service access.

In this role, you will lead content lifecycle, taxonomy, and governance, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality materials across teams. Hybrid schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, content operations, project coordination, or related business function.
• Experience managing an intake process, ticketing queue, project workflow, or similar operational system with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining content libraries, document repositories, or digital asset environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook; able to create and maintain polished sales materials.
• Strong judgment on when to use self-service content vs. routing to content creators or escalation.
• Ability to prioritize a high-volume queue based on business needs, urgency, audience, and resources.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, growth, marketing, PBM, pharmacy, product, compliance, and leadership.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining process discipline.
• Strong writing and documentation skills for processes and user guidance.
• Attention to detail in metadata, versioning, and content lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own intake coordination and steerage for PBM and pharmacy sales enablement support.
• Maintain source-of-truth documentation on business priorities to guide intake decisions.
• Manage the ticketing queue and coordinate delivery with content creators.
• Own and maintain digital slide and content libraries for self-service access.
• Lead document lifecycle strategy and content maintenance processes.
• Manage content taxonomy, customization rules, and usage guidance.
• Build, maintain, and educate users on self-service and template libraries.
• Support content creation for priority sales enablement needs as capacity allows.
• Improve speed, quality, and reusability across PBM and pharmacy content operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment contracts and company policies.
