Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, sales enablement, content operations, or related

Responsibilities

• Own PBM and pharmacy enablement intake and steerage, prioritizing requests
• Oversee ticketing queue and coordinate with content creators
• Manage content libraries and templates, ensure current, organized assets
• Control content review, refresh, and versioning for accuracy and compliance
• Own taxonomy and source-of-truth guidance for content designations
• Develop self-service tools, templates, and user guidance for access
• Create or adapt sales enablement materials as needed
• Identify opportunities to streamline handling and improve reuse
