Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, content operations, project coordination, or related business function.
• Experience managing intake processes, ticketing queues, and multi-stakeholder workflows.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and steer a high-volume queue of requests.

Responsibilities

• Own intake coordination for PBM and pharmacy sales enablement requests.
• Maintain documentation of priorities, growth areas, and enablement focus.
• Oversee ticketing queue and coordinate with content creators for timely delivery.
• Manage PBM and pharmacy content libraries, templates, and self-service assets.
• Control content review, refresh, and versioning to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop self-service tools, templates, and user education materials.
• Create or adapt sales enablement materials as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline requests and improve content reuse.
