Job summary

AFNI Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that build sales expertise and customer-oriented execution.

You will coach new hires and veterans through instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats, using AI-enabled tools to elevate performance. You will lead programs on consultative selling, needs discovery, and value-based selling, while ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in adult learning, sales methodologies, coaching, facilitation, and learning technologies to develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Ability to translate business goals into learning experiences that improve revenue generation and customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of consultative selling, needs analysis, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and virtual training tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled coaching and learning technologies to enhance training outcomes.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
• Familiarity with quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements in sales.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on sales and customer experience.
• Deliver training on consultative selling, needs discovery, objection handling, and value-based selling.
• Prepare learners to achieve sales targets and customer experience expectations.
• Coach learners on sales behaviors, communication, and closing techniques.
• Utilize learning tech and AI-enabled platforms to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Analyze training data to identify coaching opportunities and gaps.
• Monitor learner progress to ensure readiness for production.
