• Develop, manage, and expand the Company's distributor and dealer network
• Identify potential distributors, dealers, contractors, and business partners in strategic markets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners
• Identify new market opportunities and potential accounts within the lighting, construction, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the distribution sales team
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to support timely order processing and delivery
• Maintain relationships with key distributors and strategic accounts

About the role

The Sales Distribution Manager is responsible for managing and growing the Company's distribution business by developing sales channels, strengthening distributor and dealer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring efficient distribution of the Company's lighting and related solutions. The role oversees the performance of distributors, dealers, and sales channels, coordinates with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment, and develops strategies to expand market coverage and achieve sales targets.
