Qualifications

• Five (5) years in Banking, preferably Retail Banking, with proven sales leadership experience.
• Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with managers/supervisors to effect change.

Responsibilities

• Set sales targets, manage team performance, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Drive the Sales Team to generate NTB and increase deposit volume.
• Track sales performance, address gaps with Region/Division Heads, and develop salespeople.

What the role will entail

What we're looking for:

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
• At least five (5) years experience in the Banking industry, preferably in the area of Retail Banking, and with proven experience as an Area Manager or in similar sales leadership role
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and successfully managing sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques and best practices, and the ability to adapt them to different markets and customer segments
• Excellent communicator and collaborates well with managers/ supervisors to effect change
