East West Banking Corporation is seeking a seasoned Business Sales Manager to join our Branch Banking Group in the Philippines. The role focuses on selling deposit products, bancassurance, and loans to New-to-Bank clients while supporting the bank's sales and service strategy across segments.

You'll develop sales strategies, grow the client base, and collaborate with other bank units to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong track record in sales and marketing of deposit products within the banking industry.
• Hunter mindset with extensive experience in client acquisition, portfolio development, and building a growth-focused client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, including identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor competition and client behavior, adjusting strategies to maintain or exceed market position.
• Foster strong client relationships and generate new business to boost deposit volume.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to track performance.
• Collaborate with other bank units to address client concerns and improve service.
• Regularly review sales performance with the Area Sales Director, implementing process enhancements as needed.

Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us with the role of Business Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling the different products and services of the Bank to clients across different segments. You will contribute to the overall sales acquisition and customer service strategy of the Bank focused on the acquisition of New-to-Bank clients by selling all deposit products, Bancassurance and all types of loans and services.
