Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group is seeking a Sales Director to lead a high-performing real estate sales team in Baliwag, Bulacan. You will build and staff an organization of 3 to 5 Sales Managers, each leading 3 to 5 Sales Executives, and translate targets into actionable strategies to scale the territory.

You will coach, develop, and monitor the sales staff, drive quota attainment, and partner with marketing and project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience (real estate or high-value consultative sales preferred).
• Proven track record in building teams and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Familiarity with the Bulacan real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to be based in or frequently travel to Baliwag, Bulacan.

Responsibilities
