Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team for a role focused on supporting sales efforts. This position emphasizes outreach, relationship building, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales pipeline by performing essential sales development tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
2. Assist with scheduling and booking demos and meetings, including appointment setting.
3. Manage CRM, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact data and tagging leads appropriately.

Requirements:

1. Excellent command of English, with a focus on high-quality reading, writing, and speaking capabilities.
2. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online tools and platforms, specifically Apollo IO and a CRM system.
3. Must have attended college and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
5. Experience in a remote work environment is considered a plus.
