Role Purpose

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging healthcare facilities, identifying hiring needs, building initial relationships, and scheduling meetings for Sales Managers. This role owns top-of-funnel sales activities and plays a critical role in supporting employer acquisition and business growth.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers and conduct professional business conversations

• Maintain accurate and timely records within CRM and internal systems
• Track outreach activities, responses, appointment outcomes, and follow-ups
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to established sales processes

Employer Engagement

• Build positive relationships with prospective employers through professional and consultative communication
• Re-engage inactive prospects and maintain ongoing communication when appropriate
• Support employer engagement initiatives that contribute to business growth and pipeline generation
