Atlas Cloud is a rapidly growing AI infrastructure and platform company that helps developers and enterprises build, deploy, and scale AI applications. Our platform provides unified access to advanced AI models and GPU-powered infrastructure through flexible, usage-based pricing. As customer adoption and transaction volumes grow, we are building the operational foundation needed to support a scalable, data-driven, and globally competitive business.
About the Role
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team. You will connect with technical and business decision-makers across AI startups, software companies, research organizations, and enterprises with high-performance computing needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially motivated, comfortable learning technical concepts, and excited to help build a sales function in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Outbound
- Work a targeted prospect list across email, phone, LinkedIn, industry events, and other relevant channels
- Research each prospect's business, technology, infrastructure requirements, and potential GPU use cases
- Write personalized messaging that does not sound like a template-we care about meaningful replies, not just the number of messages sent
- Engage business and technical decision-makers, including founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, infrastructure teams, and procurement stakeholders
- Test different messaging, customer segments, and outreach strategies to determine what resonates
- Share successful messaging, market feedback, and prospect insights with the broader sales team
- Meet activity and pipeline targets while maintaining a high standard of outreach quality
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and new inquiries-speed and consistency matter
- Have real conversations to understand each prospect's use case, infrastructure needs, urgency, budget, and decision-making process
- Qualify opportunities based on fit, need, timing, and purchasing readiness
- Provide timely and thoughtful follow-up throughout the qualification process
- Hand off qualified leads to Account Executives with meaningful context, including business needs, technical requirements, key stakeholders, and potential obstacles-not just a calendar invitation
Account Activation
- Identify registered B2B accounts and platform users that have not yet meaningfully engaged with Atlas Cloud
- Research each account to understand its business, likely workloads, potential use cases, and buying triggers
- Develop targeted outreach designed to re-engage inactive accounts and connect with the right decision-makers
- Identify potential expansion opportunities within active or previously engaged accounts
- Flag high-potential accounts for Account Executives and prioritize them appropriately within the outreach strategy
- Maintain consistent follow-up to turn early interest or platform activity into qualified sales conversations
Pipeline and Collaboration
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information within the company’s CRM
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to strengthen customer messaging and outbound campaigns
- Track outreach performance and use data to improve reply rates, meeting conversion, and qualified pipeline
- Share recurring customer questions, objections, competitor insights, and market feedback with internal teams
- Build a strong understanding of Atlas Cloud’s platform, AI infrastructure, GPU computing, and customer use cases
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or another customer-facing role
- Experience selling or prospecting within cloud infrastructure, AI, SaaS, data centers, developer tools, or enterprise technology is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write natural and personalized outreach
- Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences in fluent English
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant business needs, use cases, and buying signals
- Demonstrated ability to manage outbound outreach, inbound qualification, and consistent follow-up
- Comfortable working toward measurable activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
- Persistent, thoughtful, and commercially driven without relying on overly aggressive sales tactics
- Ability to learn technical products quickly and translate complex capabilities into clear business value
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes may continue to evolve
Preferred qualifications
- Consistently generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities
- Responding quickly and effectively to inbound interest
- Creating personalized outreach that earns meaningful responses from technical and business decision-makers
- Activating registered or previously unengaged accounts and converting them into sales conversations
- Providing Account Executives with well-qualified opportunities and clear customer context
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and strong visibility into prospect activity
- Using performance data and market feedback to continuously improve outreach
- Developing a strong understanding of Atlas Cloud’s technology, target customers, and competitive position
