Future Trade International Inc. in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Sales and Trade Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time role bridges sales strategy and marketing execution, driving trade marketing initiatives and supporting key sales objectives.

You will help enhance brand visibility at the point of sale, build strong retailer relationships, and contribute to strategic promotional campaigns across our wine and spirits portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, trade marketing, or related marketing functions.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and point-of-sale marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel occasionally to retail locations, events, and partner facilities as required.
• Knowledge of FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of in-store promotions, product launches, and point-of-sale marketing materials.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create sales materials, brochures, presentations, and product collateral.
• Manage relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and channel partners for promotional execution.
• Monitor and analyze trade marketing campaigns, providing reports and optimization recommendations.
• Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Coordinate between internal departments to ensure campaign execution and timely delivery.
• Contribute to pricing strategy development and promotional offers to drive volume and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, budgets, and campaign outcomes.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales strategy and marketing execution, driving the success of our trade marketing initiatives whilst supporting key sales objectives. What we're looking for
