The position involves collaborating with sales and creative teams, conducting market research, and executing in-store displays and trade events to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field.
• Can work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Persistent and detail oriented.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization.
• Willing to do fieldwork within and outside Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Implement trade marketing plans and strategies; undertake competitor research and analyses.
• Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits.
• Promote brand awareness through in-store displays, window presentations and trade events.
• Support sales teams with marketing activities and ensure visuals align with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve strategies.
• Coordinate with creative teams on branding ideas, graphics, promotions and ads.
• Evaluate performance of campaigns and marketing strategies using KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementtrademarketing plans and strategies, undertake competitor research and analyses;
• Conduct market research toestablishcustomer trends and habits
• Promote brand awarenessthroughin-store displays, windowpresentationsandtrade events.
• Support the sales teams with marketing activities,ensure visual elements align with brand identity and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Assistwith the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffictoimprove future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Liaise with creative teams tocome up withbranding ideas, graphic designs, promotionalmaterialsand advertising copies
• Investigate the performance of a company's marketing campaigns and strategies through key performance metrics evaluation
• Perform trade checks, testbuysandexperiment with innovative display methods to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
• Oversee the company trade marketing inventory
• Perform other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
