Job summary

CRIF is seeking a motivated Sales Intelligence Analyst to support regional commercial operations across Asia. The role blends business analytics, sales operations, CRM management and process coordination to improve commercial effectiveness and decision-making.

The successful candidate will analyze sales performance, build dashboards, maintain CRM accuracy, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Presales and Operations teams across markets. Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM/SAP are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, commercial operations or similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems and ERP platforms (SAP preferred).
• Knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding tools is a plus.

About the Role

CRIF is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intelligence Analyst to support regional commercial operations across Asia.

The role combines business analytics, sales operations, CRM management and process coordination, supporting regional management in improving commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with data, and be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Analytics and Business Reporting

• Support analysis of sales performance across multiple markets in Asia.
• Prepare dashboards and regular reports to support management decision making.
• Support forecasting activities and improve visibility on commercial performance.

2. CRM and Sales Operations Support

• Support regional sales teams in maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline quality.
• Review opportunity management processes and ensure data consistency.
• Support forecasting activities and ensure correct reporting discipline.
• Train sales teams on proper CRM usage and best practices.

3. Process Coordination and Operational Excellence

• Support contract management activities through SAP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate internal approval processes and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper management of commercial documentation and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify existing processes.

4. Cross-Functional Business Support

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Presales and Operations teams across the region.
• Support commercial execution activities and ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Assist management with ad-hoc business analysis and operational requests.
