Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints.
• Monitor customers’ ordering patterns and recommend stock replenishment.
• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support promotional activities, pricing updates, and field sales operations.
• Handle incoming calls and perform general sales administration and filing.
• Perform other duties assigned by the S&M Manager.
