Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Sales Consultant for Suzuki Auto Butuan. The role focuses on outbound telemarketing, generating leads, and driving tangible sales activity in a dealership setting.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, welcomes fresh graduates, and communicates fluently in English and Filipino. You will work with internet marketing tactics and receive a basic salary plus commissions and statutory benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; good computer skills.
• Ability to write business letters and emails; strong communication.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills; results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Generate 10 warm prospects per prospective sale (Show Up, Test Drive, or Credit Application).
• Achieve minimum sales of 3 units.
• Apply Internet Sales strategies including Autodeal and ZigWheels.
• Salary includes basic pay plus statutory benefits and commissions.

• With experience in doing outbound telemarketing
• Fluent in English and Filipino, proficient with computer applications
• Able to write business letters/emails
• Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal, and Communication skills
• Results-Oriented

Job Description:

• Generation of 10 warm prospects (Show UP, and/or Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Minimum Sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other "New Normal" Sales Strategy.
• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.

Current Programs:

• HMO on the 2nd year as soon as you hit minimum sales (36 units in 12 months)
• Package includes Commission, Volume Incentives, and other seasonal incentives.
