Job summary

Suzuki Auto Tagum - Sales Department is hiring sales staff in Davao region. The role focuses on generating warm prospects (Show-Up, Test Drive, or Credit Application) and achieving a minimum of 3 vehicle units sold per period. Experience in internet-based car sales tools like Autodeal and ZigWheels is advantageous.

The package includes a basic salary plus social benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG); commissions and incentives are offered as part of the earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or related field (Fresh grads welcome).
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters and emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects (Show-Up, Test Drive, or Credit Application) per sale.
• Minimum sales of 3 units.
• Good grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, ZigWheels, and other 'New Normal' sales strategy.

• We provide a Basic Salary for your sales effort as well as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig. We do not implement an "Allowance Based" Arrangement.
