Job summary

AC Mobility Holdings Incorporated in Quezon City is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to promote and sell Isuzu vehicles and related services. You will cultivate individual and corporate accounts through sales calls, referrals, and networking.

You will handle showroom floor duties, achieve quotas, and provide after-sales service, including financing, insurance and plate/registration coordination. A Driver's License and customer-focused sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• At least 1 year of related field experience.
• Must know how to drive and hold a Driver's License.

• Promotes and sells Isuzu vehicles and related services and maintains accounts through calls, referrals and networking.
• Sells vehicles and collateral services (financing, insurance, accessories, rust proofing).
• Attends showroom floor duties and responds to customer inquiries.
• Meets monthly and annual quotas and maintains company image.
• Releases units, orients customers on operation, and arranges car plates and registration assistance.
• Provides after-sales service and coordinates maintenance, insurance claims and LTO paperwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

About the role:

Promotes and sells Isuzu vehicles and services and cultivates/develops/maintains individual, corporate and institutional accounts through sales call, telemarketing and networking.

Responsibilities:

• Sells both vehicles and collateral businesses (e.g. in-house financing, comprehensive insurance, accessories, rust proofing)
• Cultivates individual accounts by conducting sales calls on phone inquiries and referrals and sourcing out prospective vehicle buyers. Cultivates corporate accounts by conducting sales calls on corporations that offer car plans and car loans. Cultivates, manages and maintains corporate accounts that have company vehicle purchases.
• Attends to walk-in customers in the showroom during floor duty.
• Achieves quota allocated on monthly and annual basis.
• Promotes, develops, and maintains Company’s image to the customers.
• Prepares and maintains sales reports regarding status of all accounts.
• Releases units to customers, whether the units are for pick-up or for delivery. Completes all requirements before release of unit. Orients customers on operations of the car during release.
• Delivers car plates to the customers.
• Provides after sales service to customers by informing them of the availability of LTO registration papers and license plates; assists them in the periodic maintenance check-ups of their units and when they need to make insurance claims.
• Maintains good business relations with customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Must possessat least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must know how to drive and with Driver's License.
