Job summary

Optimo Construction Chemicals Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Pampanga. You will identify new business opportunities, present construction chemical products to clients, and prepare proposals and quotations.

Regular site visits and client meetings are required to support sales efforts. You will work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure product suitability, provide after-sales service, and maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience handling construction chemical products (paints, skimcoat, tile adhesives, mortar, etc.)
• Strong selling skills with experience in solution-based selling and product demonstration
• Customer satisfaction and customer service skills, including ability to build long-term client relationships
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Consulting skills for assessing client needs, recommending appropriate products, and providing ongoing support
• Previous experience in construction materials or related industries is an advantage
• Ability to do field works and conduct regular client visits
• Proficiency in basic office software for managing leads and sales pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

Role Description

This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, presenting construction chemical products to potential and existing clients, and providing product recommendations that address specific project needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing sales proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure product suitability, support after-sales service, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that support the company’s growth.
