Job summary

TKG Lifestyle Inc. is seeking a motivated Membership Sales Associate to grow our club membership and support member engagement. You will drive new sales, manage admin tasks, and build strong relationships with members to help them reach their fitness goals.

This frontline role offers an attractive hourly rate with KPI-based bonuses and a friendly, energetic team environment at our BGC, Taguig City location. Prior gym or fitness industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year working experience in the fitness industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales to achieve membership growth.
• Office admin to maintain customer communication and proficiency.
• Delivery of Sales Targets & Generation of new sales leads.
• Talk with potential & existing members about their health & fitness goals to maintain great relationships within the club.
