Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in Balanced Scorecard Framework or policy replacement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Govern market conduct governance and enforcement actions within Sales Compliance.
• Conduct BSC documentation reviews, client surveys, and substantiated complaints assessments.
• Perform UAT and system testing for new product releases and upgrades.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver enhancements and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and ensure regulatory and fair dealing requirements are met.
