Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Sales Coach to analyze and optimize the revenue/sales performance of the team, providing coaching and real-time feedback to enhance selling effectiveness.

The role focuses on monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and developing actionable plans to improve client success in a fast-paced call center environment in Manila. A 1-2 year track record in customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in call center or customer service.
• Experience handling escalated issues in a call center.
• Ability to work across varying shifts including days, evenings and holidays.
• Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Interpret and report on revenue/sales data to measure production and root causes of underperformance.
• Develop strategies and action plans to improve revenue/sales and client success.
• Provide real-time coaching and motivate the team through relationship-building.
