Qualifications

Direct sales acquisition experience in BPO/contact center required.
Experience in coaching and training for sales performance.
1–2 years in a contact center environment.

Responsibilities

Manage operational performance to meet KPIs related to revenue, direct sales conversion, and SLAs.
Interpret and analyze conversion reports to measure production and pinpoint root causes of underperformance in direct sales.
Conduct live call monitoring and deliver real-time coaching focused on closing techniques, objection handling, and pitch execution.
Develop strategies and training workshops to drive direct sales growth and elevate client metrics.
Use critical thinking to investigate and resolve ad hoc sales performance issues.
Motivate agents through coaching and structured incentive programs.
