Job summary

Concentrix in Manila is seeking a Team Leader (Sales) to supervise a group of call center associates daily and drive performance through coaching and accountability.

You will manage escalations, ensure timely promotions, and conduct weekly coaching sessions to improve accuracy and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory sales experience, a college degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Sales Accounts (Upselling, Pure sales).
• College graduate; SHS with 2-3 years relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Escalations: TLs handle second level escalations.
• Communication: TLs ensure teams updated with promotional comms and process updates.
• Follow up on exec escalations and case feedback.
• Coaching Sessions: weekly coaching with consultants; audit calls/emails.
• Monitor escalations to identify gaps and provide guidance.
