Job summary

JTI is seeking a Sales Capabilities Manager to lead transformation of how our Delta Region sales teams execute, coach and grow. You will design scalable capability solutions, embed standards, and drive a high-performance culture across frontline leaders.

In this role, you will partner with People & Culture and RTC to develop learning content, certification pathways and governance of capability frameworks, while influencing leadership and ensuring compliance across multi-site regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Sales Capability/Effectiveness in FMCG.
• Advanced English; willing to travel and support Delta Region on-site.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Drive field execution standards, compliance, and RTC routines.
• Translate policies into actionable field behaviours and tools.
• Strengthen frontline coaching culture with structured frameworks.
• Monitor execution quality and address gaps with targeted interventions.
• Own capability architecture, learning content, and certification pathways.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop capability roadmaps and content.
