Job summary

Aptean Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate in Metro Manila to support the sales team by identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and assisting with product demonstrations and proposals.

You will manage inquiries, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs from sales to implementation. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings, deliver product information, and address basic questions and objections while tracking activities

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to qualify leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and use CRM tools.
• Sales or telesales experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or similar technology solutions is an advantage.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and qualify leads.
• Assist with the preparation of product demonstrations and proposals.
• Manage sales inquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide product information and address basic questions and objections.
• Track sales activities and prepare reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
