Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Biñan, Laguna is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business for industrial equipment and related products. You will leverage knowledge of warehouse operations, perform equipment demonstrations, and build enduring relationships with key customers.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, construction equipment, or material handling equipment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience selling forklifts, stackers, warehouse equipment or related industrial products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
