Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-qualification of accounts and assists clients, developers, and brokers with loan inquiries.
• Coordinates with internal teams for credit evaluation, document preparation, and loan signing.
• Facilitates requirements such as NFIS, project appraisals, and compliance for loan approval.
• Prepares and reviews documents for Letter of Guaranty and loan release.
• Maintains updated status reports and provides post-booking support to clients.
