Job summary

Anta Sports (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to join our brand stores. You will help drive store sales, communicate product benefits, replenish stock, and ensure displays meet Visual Merchandising standards.

In this role you will follow Brand Customer Service standards, process deliveries, minimize loss, maintain store tidiness, and participate in training to continually improve performance. On-site role with retail operating hours in Metro Manila region.

2. Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations

3. Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers’ needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand

4. Adhere to all established policies and procedures

5. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards

6. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

7. Minimize loss in both the stockroom and the sales floor

8. Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner

9. Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job

10. Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance
