Job Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store cleanliness and product displays, and achieving sales targets. The role ensures a positive shopping experience while following company policies and store procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in selecting products according to their needs and preferences. Provide accurate information regarding product features, prices, promotions, and availability.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company. Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other accepted payment methods. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of merchandise in the store.

Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly displayed and labeled. Monitor inventory and report stock shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to the supervisor. Assist in receiving deliveries, conducting inventory counts, and checking merchandise.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally. Follow company policies, store procedures, grooming standards, and security guidelines. Participate in store promotions, sales activities, and other assigned tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
