Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of the store KPI, excellent customer service, good general housekeeping and proper visual standard.
• Ensure the attainment of sales and target of the branch.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints.
• Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
• Maintains appropriate stock levels in the branch.
• Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
• Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow moving items.
• Ensures that all concern staff are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions.
• Performs regular review on branch staff performance.
• Ensures smooth implementation of company policies, systems and procedures and regulations in the branch level.
• Ensure proper training of staff prior to deployment.
• Produces regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform.
