DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our beauty product range, including ingredients, benefits, application techniques and usage instructions

• Conduct beauty consultations to understand customer skin types, concerns and goals, offering personalised solutions

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty

• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments securely

• Maintain an organised, clean and visually appealing retail environment, including stock displays and product merchandising

• Build and maintain a customer database, following up with regular customers to promote new products and services

• Stay updated on current beauty trends, seasonal promotions and new product launches to effectively communicate with customers

• Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive workplace culture and support the achievement of team sales objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in retail sales, beauty consulting, or customer-facing roles within the beauty or cosmetics industry

• Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and beauty trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining genuine customer focus

• High level of product knowledge combined with the ability to educate and advise customers effectively

• Ability to work flexibly, including retail hours and weekend shifts as required
