DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and making informed recommendations based on customer preferences and skin types

• Demonstrate how to use, apply skincare products to customer/clients

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Maintaining an attractive and organised retail environment, including product displays and stocktaking

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Achieving individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
