Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers about the features, benefits and usage of our luxury beauty range.
• Execute effective sales techniques to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an engaging and visually appealing kiosk display that attracts customers and showcases products strategically.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems whilst maintaining a smooth checkout experience.
• Build and nurture customer relationships through excellent service, follow-ups and loyalty program.
• Conduct product sampling and demonstrations to potential customers to drive awareness and trial.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to management in a timely manner.
• Stay current with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns, effectively communicating these to customers.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and presentation consistent with the luxury retail environment.
• Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive and supportive work atmosphere.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Natural enthusiasm for beauty and fashion with a keen eye for trends and aesthetics

• Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards aligned with luxury retail expectations

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail technology

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory and transactions

• Willingness to undertake beauty product training and professional development opportunities

• Certification or training in beauty consultation or cosmetology is advantageous but not essential
