Job summary

BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC is seeking an enthusiastic beauty retail associate to engage customers on the shop floor, offer personalised product recommendations and conduct on-the-spot demonstrations. You will process sales, maintain clean displays, and build customer loyalty within a mall setting in Metro Manila.

Applicants should have retail or beauty sales experience, a passion for cosmetics, and strong communication skills in English and/or Filipino.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, beauty sales or customer service roles (preferably in a mall or shopping centre environment)
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and current trends in cosmetics and skincare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer bases
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work towards individual goals
• High level of personal presentation and grooming standards befitting a beauty retail environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required by mall operations
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and understanding sales data
• Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent customer service
• Willingness to undertake product training and develop expertise in beauty consultancy
• Fluency in English and/or Filipino; additional languages are advantageous
