Job summary

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to lead growth within the Philippines market. You will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, expanding existing accounts, and negotiating sustainable commercial outcomes.

The role requires strong relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup involving work-from-home and field-based visits. English and Filipino fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in financial services, payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or FMCG.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and grow portfolios through relationship management and business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and execute sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English and Filipino.
