Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Officer in achieving goals and drive housing loan promos.
• Solicit accounts and market housing loan products at sales channels.
• Attend channel events and respond to housing loan inquiries.
• Pre-screen loan applications, check document completeness, and forward to credit.
• Encode applications in front-end system and monitor processing.
• Coordinate processing with Credit, Field Support, Loan Service & Recovery, Retail Custodian Unit.
• Regularly update partners and applicants on loan status.
• Ensure compliance with standard loan documents and timely processing.
• Tag referrers properly and monitor incentives, while addressing deficiencies.

Job description

The Sales Associate position is responsible to assist the Account Officer in theperformance of his duties and responsibilities to achieve goals as directed bythe management.

Main Accountabilities:

• Sales and Marketing – Supports theAccount Officer in achieving sales volume through account solicitation andmarketing of housing loan products and promos
• Attendssales channel events and promotes housing loan products
• Attendsto housing loan inquiries of assigned sales channel and clients.
• Initiatescontact and follow-up with potential clients
• Receives and pre-screens housing loan applicationsreferred by various sales channel, checks completeness of documentaryrequirements and identifies appropriate Housing Loan facility / package.
• Encodes application in the front-end system forcredit processing and monitoring.
• Forwards housing loan applications to credit forevaluation.
• Coordinates processing of housing loan applicationwith involved internal units such as Credit, Field Support, Loan Service &Recovery, Retail Custodian Unit, etc.
• Regularlyupdates partner channel and loan applicants on the status of their housing loanapplication.
• Ensures that loan documentation is in accordancewith the standard documents and procedures set by the Bank
• Ensuresthat all housing loan applications are processed in a timely manner.
• Ensuresproper referrer tagging of housing loan applications and timely pay-out ofreferrer’s incentives
• Monitorsand regularizes documentary deficiencies

Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-year course (business-related)

Basic knowledge of banking and the loans is a plus

Basic computer applications (word processing / spreadsheets / etc.),

Proficiency in computer application (MS Office)
