Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least six months work experience in sales/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by client.
• Monitors the status of loan applications endorsed to Account Officer.
• Conducts tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assists and supports Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts.
• Facilitates unlocking requests of other affiliated companies.
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-in, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Handles customer/client inquiries through telephone, email, or walk-in.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Reviews the loan application and completeness of documentssubmittedby client

Conductstele-marketingto encourage clients to renew their loan.

Assistsand supports Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns.

Responsible in tagging of name of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System

Facilitates unlocking requests of other affiliatedcompanies throughonline or facsimile.

Prepares Daily Report of Trans-in, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts

Requests renewal commission for Loan Consultants with released accounts.

Handlescustomer/client’s inquiries through telephone,e-mailor walk-in.

Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.

Key Requirements:

Withdegreein Business Management,Salesor Marketing, orotherrelatedcourse.

Preferably with at least six (6)monthswork relatedexperience in sales/marketing. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Should be persuasive, assertive,creativeand result-oriented

Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Shouldhave strong convincing power and teamwork skills.
