The Sales Associatep roactivelyacquires new customers to drive business growth, focusing on low-costproducts such as CASA. He/She enhances customer relationships by crossselling a range of banking products, thereby increasing productutilization and maximizing the client’s wallet share. The Sales Associate plays akey role in boosting overall sales revenue and contributing to thecompany’s financial success.

PRINCIPALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

• Ensures usage of the product and conducts follow-ups to develop basicrelationship with the customer.

Market Research and Business Intelligence

• Generates customer leads via mapping, prospecting, and telemarketingto build a robust pipeline.

Needs Analysis and Solution Matching

• Understands customer needs and creates value generating financialadvice for customers.


• Coordinates efforts with other units of the Bank for efficientservice delivery and harmonious working relationship with otherunits.

Persuasive Communication Skills

• Conducts sales meetings with prospective clients and can handleobjections to deliver SBC's value proposition.


• Promotes awareness of Security Bank among prospective clients byeducating individuals on bank products and services.

Portfolio/Investment Management

• Manages customer portfolio and fosters good business relationshipwith his/her clients.

Governance, Control, and Risk Management

• Adheres to policies and guidelines to avoid sanctions and reputationaldamage.
