Job summary

Saint Gabrielle HR Solutions Inc. is seeking a retail sales specialist in Metro Manila to actively engage customers and identify needs, focusing on high-value transactions of ₱50,000 or more per deal.

You will maintain deep product knowledge, present premium offerings, and use upselling and closing techniques to achieve sales targets. Weekend/extended hours may be required to support Rustan's Shaw and Makati locations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail sales, B2B/business development, account management, or related sales position.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience handling high-value customers or large-ticket transactions is highly preferred.
• Experience closing ₱50,000+ individual sales transactions is highly preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays/extended hours when required; willing to be assigned in Rustan's Shaw and Makati.

• Achieve and consistently meet or exceed assigned individual and store sales targets
• Handle regular and high-value sales transactions professionally and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong sales closing abilities, particularly for high-value transactions of ₱50,000 or more per deal
• Utilize effective selling, negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, pricing, promotions, and competitive advantages

About you

• At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, business development, account management, or a related sales position
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience handling high-value customers, premium products, bulk purchases, or large-ticket retail transactions is highly preferred
• Experience closing ₱50,000+ individual sales transactions is highly preferred
• Experience in premium retail, high-ticket products, luxury retail, real estate, automotive, furniture, appliances, construction-related products, or similar industries is an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required by business operations
• Willing to be assign in Rustan's Shaw and Makati
