Job summary

PL Aguila Manufacturing Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate who will work closely with the Sales Enablement Supervisor on sales operations, CRM, reporting, documentation, and process implementation. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Enablement Supervisor on sales operations, CRM, reporting, documentation and process implementation.
• Assist with governance, training coordination, and sales tools deployment.
• Provide executive support activities and project coordination for sales initiatives.
• Support the Sales Director by prioritizing tasks and managing scope of responsibilities.

Job description

Sales Associate works in close coordination with the Sales Enablement Supervisor on matters relating to sales operations, sales systems, CRM, sales reporting, sales documentation, process implementation, sales tools, training coordination, governance, executive support activities, project coordination, and other sales enablement initiatives. While the Sales Enablement Supervisor may provide day-to-day functional guidance within these areas, the Sales Associate shall remain under the direct supervision of the Sales Director, who has the sole authority to assign priorities, approve work assignments, and determine the scope of responsibilities.

Entry Level

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in sales administration, executive support, office administration, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
