• Achieve the department’s monthly sales and income targets
• Review, formulate, and recommend effective sales and marketing strategies
• Expand the sales network by acquiring new dealers, agents, and accredited agencies
• Conduct property tripping with brokers, agents, and potential buyers
• Prepare sales and marketing materials, including price lists, marketing kits, and digital advertisements
• Implement approved sales and marketing strategies and activities
• Monitor incoming sales proposals and ensure timely and proper handling
• Administer property bidding processes
• Prepare and facilitate the creation of contracts and related documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned
