About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cosmetic Consultant to join the ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative team. This is a full-time position based in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur. As a Cosmetic Consultant, you will be the face of our cosmetic retail operations, providing expert product knowledge and personalised beauty advice to enhance the shopping experience of our valued customers. This role is essential to driving sales, building customer loyalty, and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service in the beauty and personal care sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert product recommendations and advice to customers based on their individual skin types, preferences, and beauty goals
• Demonstrate proper application techniques and usage of cosmetic products to customers
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all cosmetic products, including ingredients, benefits, and pricing
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing cosmetic display area
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and product replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Stay updated on current beauty trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed

• Sound numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry products as required
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Preferred: Certification or training in cosmetics, beauty consultation, or related field
• Preferred: Experience in sales-driven retail environments
