Job summary

iPower Products and Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Paranaque City office in a full-time role. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales, and contribute to business growth in the Philippines.

You will actively prospect, identify new leads, and engage customers to tailor solutions while negotiating contracts and closing deals. Join a collaborative team and help deliver products and services to consumers and businesses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in any products-based industry.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience with physical products is relevant for this role.
• Experience with consumer goods is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• A certificate or diploma qualification is required.

What we’re looking for

• Specific experience working with consumer goods is required
• Previous experience working with any type of physical products is highly valued for this role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills
• A minimum of a certificate or diploma qualification is required
