The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales operations through client communication, project follow-ups, scheduling, and lead generation. She will handle inquiries via email and phone, conduct cold calls, and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth transactions and project progress. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands‑on experience in the solar, lighting, roadworks, and construction industries, with training and career development provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and social media
• Conduct follow‑ups on ongoing and potential projects to ensure client satisfaction
• Schedule meetings, client visits, and project site appointments
• Perform cold calling and reach out to potential clients from company directories or lead lists
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records
• Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Coordinate with the project and engineering teams regarding client requirements and project timelines
• Track and monitor project progress, providing updates to clients as needed
• Support the marketing team in promoting products and services (e.g., solar panels, street lights, construction materials)
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and trade events when required
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies to attract and retain clients
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Perform other sales tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
