Qualifications

At least High School / Senior High School / College level.
Good written and verbal communication skills (Tagalog/Taglish).
Comfortable with chat-based selling and outbound calling.
Sales, call center, or customer service experience is an advantage.
Goal-oriented, resilient, and results-driven.
Basic computer skills (data entry and system navigation).
Willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Engage customers through chat, text, and outbound calls to promote and sell products.
Recommend the right products based on customer needs and close sales.
Follow up on leads and re-engage interested or existing customers.
Upsell and cross-sell to increase order value.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
